I think on recoloring pictures and editing pictures is not considered stealing because i know just recoloring alone can be called stealing but I think if you add enough manipulation to it (on a scale of 1-10 just do a 4). me myself that is what i do with photoshop cs4 is I edit a picture and the i recolor it and then i add some manipulation to it. This picture is what i am talking about.
